Taylor Swift Channels Snaky 'Look What You Made Me Do' Look in Surprise Red Carpet Appearance at 2024 Golden Globes
The singer also brought back her signature bangs for the award show, where her 'Eras Tour' film earned a nod
Taylor Swift re-entered her Reputation era for the 2024 Golden Globes.
At the Sunday ceremony, the singer — who is known for her colorful and wide-ranging looks, both on and off-stage — teased her one of her most-anticipated rereleases, Reputation (Taylor’s Version), with her red-carpet look.
For the award show, where her latest film endeavor, Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, earned a nod for cinematic and box office achievement, the pop star, 34, evoked the record by slipping into a sparkly — and snaky — dress.
Swift paired the floor-length, green Gucci gown with pointed Christian Louboutin in a matching metallic green.
She also brought back her signature fringe and, to take her sparkle to the next level under the red-carpet lights, added a pair of dangling De Beers diamond earrings.
Like her music, Swift’s award show style has a long and varied history — from the ball gowns of her teen country singer days to her show-stopping Grammy Awards ensembles.
Last year, the singer brought another one of her albums, 2022's Midnights, to the 2023 Grammy Awards red carpet.
For the February 2023 award show, the “Karma” singer resembled the night sky in head-to-toe midnight blue. She wore a Roberto Cavalli two-piece set complete with a crystal-embellished long-sleeved crop top and matching floor-length skirt.
She also wore matching Giuseppe Zanotti platform heels, statement diamond-shaped earrings and a chrome manicure, and let her signature fringe shine with a simple updo.

The performer also wore a diamond string necklace and evoked Old Hollywood glamor with her curls, which she pulled into a chic low updo.
In the Golden Globes' new cinematic and box office achievement category, Swift’s concert film went up against nominees Barbie and Oppenheimer, which lead the award show’s nominations list with nine and eight nods each, respectively.
The other nominees in the category were The Super Mario Bros. Movie, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1, John Wick: Chapter 4 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.
