Katherine Heigl Almost Shows Off Her 'Anatomy' At ShoWest
Katherine Heigl suffers a wardrobe malfunction at ShoWest in Las Vegas on Thursday (March 18)!
The 31-year-old actress, who accepted the award for Female Star of the Year, broke the strap on her dress, nearly revealing quite a bit of skin.
Luckily, Access Hollywood‘s Billy Bush, who was hosting the awards show, held Katherine‘s strap up while she accepted her award!
“I fought some adolescent instincts,” Billy admitted on his Twitter last night.
