The couple chilled out on cushions as they soaked up the sun together on the luxury vessel during a trip down Italy's Amalfi Coast.
As well as taking in the lavish island of Capri, they also headed down to the town of Positano.
J-Lo was seen stretched out on the deck before leaning in to get close to her man.
However, the singer/actress can't sit about doing nothing for long and was later seen working out on deck despite the soaring temperatures.
Jennifer lifted weights as she kept up her gruelling fitness routine even though she's on holiday.
The couple's holiday comes just days after J-Lo sparked engagement rumours by flashing a huge diamond sparkler on her wedding ring finger.
The megastar celebrated her 49th birthday with baseball legend Alex, 42, in the Bahamas and wore the Cartier ring in holiday snaps shared on Instagram.
In one pic taken by her pal and photographer Ana Carballosa, J-Lo made no effort to hide the expensive silver ring and its unique intricate design made sure it was hard to miss.
Jen captioned her gallery of photos with a warm tribute to her family and fans - but didn't confirm if she's engaged.
She wrote: "So believe it or not I’m just waking up from my birthday celebration last night. It was a small gathering with the kids and some family and a couple of close friends...
"The day and night was filled with lots of laughter, tears and of course dancing...:) I wanted to write all of you bc I was so delighted and overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and birthday wishes you all sent to me yesterday!!
