You've Never Heard Ariana Grande Sing 'Dangerous Woman' Like This Before

Ariana turns up the Hollywood glamour for her Movie Awards performance

Ariana Grande traded in her bunny ears for diamonds Saturday night (April 9 2016) at the MTV Movie Awards taping. Turning on the old Hollywood charm, Ari sang a brand-spankin'-new rendition of her hit single "Dangerous Woman" with an assist from Broadway composer Jason Robert Brown.

Two dangerous women themselves, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid, introduced the "sexy powerful" Ariana to the audience. She glided -- yes, glided, because she looked too damn fancy in a bubblegum pink gown, a sparking crystal necklace, and that white fur shawl -- to the stage, where Brown waited behind a piano scrawled with the words "Dangerous Woman."

Then Ariana did what Ariana does best -- sing, of course. She hit the high notes, the low notes, the super-high notes, and every note in between as a cloud of smoke surrounded her. Brown joined her with an impressive piano solo, and the crowd waved their hands along to the beat. Classy doesn't even begin to cover it.

"It’s more character-y and I’m excited to just have fun, play dress-up, and do a different version of it," Ari teased hours before the performance.
